The house did not fully exploit the high potential of a large existing terrace. The decision to move the living area close to the terrace and to enlarge the windows has allowed the creation of a large environment where the whole life of the house takes place.
The materials alternate and follow each other between the warmth of wood, the practicality of stone, the porosity of concrete and the thinness of black metal.
The rest is entrusted to the new natural brightness gained.
